This unusual property has two terraces and a private swimming pool (5.00 x 3.50 m – depth 1.10 m).
From the moment you step onto the first terrace, you will be captivated by an unobstructed view of the mountains, perfect for relaxation.

The living room opens directly onto this large terrace, ideal for outdoor dining. At the rear of the living room, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen blends seamlessly into the living space.

The house can accommodate up to 4 people or a couple with three children. It has been designed to offer a smooth and intimate layout, with a space dedicated to parents and another reserved for children, guaranteeing independence and comfort for everyone.

Upstairs, two bedrooms with unobstructed views occupy the first level. Each has its own private staircase and the bedrooms are connected by a balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, while the other has a separate toilet. A small additional bedroom completes the accommodation.

The master bedroom offers direct access to a second terrace, which can also be converted into a summer bedroom, particularly pleasant during beautiful evenings (no mosquitoes).

For off-season stays, the living room is equipped with a fireplace with an insert. Firewood can be prepared on request and is stored under the first terrace.
