THE PERSON BEHIND TRIPTROPEZ
My name is Ann. I am a Dutch-speaking Belgian and I have lived in France since 2004.
Homes have always been a passion of mine: building, renovating, furnishing, and decorating are part of my daily life. The expression that a Belgian is born with a brick in their stomach perfectly describes me.
After renting out my own house for many years, I developed a very practical understanding of vacation rentals. It was an enriching experience, but also a source of frustration with existing platforms: high fees, listings sometimes far removed from reality, misleading photos, and the lack of any real on-site representatives.
From this observation came the desire to return to the essentials: to create a simple, human-sized site, based on trust, transparency and a real human relationship, in the interest of all parties.
That's how Triptropez was born.
