This beautiful villa is a much-loved holiday home, a 6 minutes’ drive from the lively medieval village of La Garde Freinet, yet only 30 minutes from the wonderful beaches of Saint Tropez. The main house offers a cosy open-plan living area with fire place, a dining area, modern and fully equipped open kitchen, Master bedroom (en suite bathroom with toilet, dressing room and a study, adjoining the Master bedroom which can be used for cot(s) or 2 children on comfortable sofa beds), 2 additional double bedrooms, 1 shower room with WC, a separate guest WC. The house opens onto a large south-facing terrace with a shaded dining area and ample casual seating. There is a further covered terrace off the Master bedroom with a table tennis table. This is next to the "boule" area. The traditional stone building beside the pool offers the 4th double bedroom with en suite shower room. This room can be reached by steps leading down off the south facing terrace where you can find the heated pool (28 degrees from April to October) (10x5 m), with an electrically operated safety cover and which is maintained twice weekly, a small outside kitchen area with small spare fridge, electric grill, sink, a separate guest WC for bathers use and a storage room for pool toys, sun loungers, etc. All this is surrounded by a beautiful 2 acres fenced garden which features a large lawn, suitable for general play, badminton and beach/bat tennis etc… (net and racquets provided), a built-in stone BBQ, a large shaded area, sun loungers, poolside tables and a dining table and chairs, parking for 4 cars  and electric gate. You can find the laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying facilities, an additional fridge, and space to store empty suitcases etc. in the garage next to the parking area.
